INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp 100% Cacao Powder

1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (We recommend finding a high-quality local option)

1 cup Liquid of Choice (For best results, use a combo of local raw A2 milk, coconut milk, and water or chicken stock/broth)

1 cup Liquid of Choice (For best results, use a combo of 1/2 cup local raw A2 milk, 1/4 cup coconut milk, and 1/4 cup water or chicken stock/broth)

Coconut milk adds a delicious creaminess! Chicken stock/broth adds protein and other nutrients.

Pinch of Sea Salt (optional)

~ ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract (optional)

Whipped Cream or Marshmallows for Topping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Serving size: 1 cup

  1. Whisk together cacao powder, maple syrup, liquid of choice, and salt (if using) in a small pot.
  2. Heat on low until just starting to bubble. Try not to boil.
  3. Whisk in peppermint extract, if using.
  4. Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream or marshmallows, if using. Enjoy!
